How does it work?

You choose 5 conversation topics you enjoy discussing—your business, hobbies, places you've visited, favorite teams, or any interests. We print them on a high-quality shirt in a clean, easy-to-read design. When you wear it, people can see your topics and start conversations about shared interests.

How long does it take?

**Production:** 2-5 business days
**Shipping:** 3-7 business days via USPS
**Total:** 5-12 days from order to delivery

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Your topics are printed EXACTLY as you enter them, so please review carefully! If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 1 hours at support@letschatshirt.com and we'll do our best to fix it before production begins. After that, we cannot make changes.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of these shirts, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If there's a printing error on our end, we'll replace it immediately at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.

What's the quality like?

We use premium shirts (soft, retail-quality cotton) with professional direct-to-garment printing. These aren't cheap promotional shirts—they're comfortable, durable shirts you'll actually want to wear.

What sizes do you offer?

**Women's Tee:** XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL (fitted cut)
**Men's Tee:** S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL (standard unisex fit)
**Long Sleeve:** S, M, L, XL, 2XL (unisex fit - women typically size down)
**Sweatshirt:** S, M, L, XL, 2XL (unisex fit - women typically size down)

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

Can I use brand names or team names?

Yes, text-only references to your interests (like "NY Jets" or "Disney vacations") are fine. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders with offensive, profane, or inappropriate content.

What if my topics don't fit?

Each topic has a 38-character limit (including spaces), which ensures everything fits perfectly on the design. The text input fields won't let you type more than 38 characters per topic.

How do I care for my shirt?

- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
- Avoid high heat to maintain size and print quality

Can I order multiple shirts with different topics?

Yes! Each shirt is custom-made with the topics you choose during checkout. If you want multiple shirts, place separate orders for each one with different topics.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Not at this time. Each shirt is custom-made to order.
